For 15 years I've been involved with the adult beverage industry, where I consult and advise to small and independent bars, restaurants and producers to clarify their brand identity, then align their identity and business practices to their target demographic to attract and grow their business. This is done through brand evaluation, product selection, online advertising and social media campaigns, customer engagement & experience, community involvement, distribution and more.

I've been involved in the adult beverage industry for 15 years, both in retail and distribution, where I helped usher in the renaissance of craft beer into Los Angeles. I was on the front lines every day, seeing what worked and what didn't. My most current project was overseeing the development and launch of a retail shop with a wine & beer bar in Arcadia, CA
During my tenure in the industry I authored a book on beer: Jeff Musial's Beer U. Beer 101, the 60-Minute Primer. This book was born out of my staff trainings at restaurants and bars and was a great supplement to my live, in-person lectures.
Because of my extensive knowledge in beer, wine, and spirits, my experience in coaching staff as well as my success in helping businesses with marketing plans, I’ve been fortunate to have been a guest on KFI, Los Angeles, and Marilu Henner’s radio shows.
